Born in 1993, Joie Ha is from suburban New Jersey. She is an ISFJ who loves pizza (despite being lactose intolerant) and loves animals, especially her dog. Joie will be graduating from the University of Richmond this spring 2016 with a B.S. in Biology and a studio art minor. She currently has no concrete plans for her future but intends to take a gap year and continue pursuing her love for art. Her work draws from shapes found in nature and combines the use of abstract and organic lines. Joie’s familiarity with biological forms and themes influences her most recent body of work.
